COREDIO
30 min. TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY
Need a quick extra push? Coredio class is designed to keep you on your toes! This fast paced 30-minute workout is created to get your heart rate up and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! Have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training!
STRENGTH TRAINING
45 min. TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY
This circuit-based training follows a 4-week training cycle. These full- body workouts will focus on the fundamentals of strength training through Olympic lifts, deads, squats, bench press and more. Participants can work alone or in pairs to achieve their strength goals! This class focuses mainly on weight training through the use of barbells and is designed to engage every muscle throughout the week. Class size limited to 16.oCrC.
CROSS-TRAINING
45 min. MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY
A cardio-based, high energy workout designed to provide non-stop athletic conditioning to a variety of muscle groups. Join in this fun workout that combines strength and agility training in a motivating, fast-paced environment. Be prepared to use barbells, dumbbells, boxes, jump ropes and more to get the workout you deserve.
HIIT & KICK TRAINING
60 min. Tuesday, Thursday
Get ready to destress and feel more powerful than ever with our HIIT & Kick class. This is a low impact up-tempo class that will challenge you mentally and physically! A great cardiovascular workout combining HIIT, Coredio, bags, and mobility training! Your heart will be pumping as your instructor takes you through a series of punches and kick combinations that can be modified to be low or high impact depending on your level. Kick all your stress away and improve your cardiovascular system as you do something just for you.
