CROSS TRAINING

60 min. Monday, Wednesday, Friday

This circuit based training follows our three week cycle of Metcon, Gymnastics and Weightlifting. Catered more toward the core and lighter resistance training & conditioning, this will be an up tempo class sure to get your sweat pouring out! 

COREDIO

35 min. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

COREDIO classes are a combination of core and cardio - and a great option for those looking to get their heart rates & endurance up while still getting that great P22 workout in! They go quick, but you can be sure to get the most out of every minute, leaving you out of breath but feeling accomplished and energized!

HIIT TRAINING

60 min. Monday, Wednesday, Friday

These will be High Intensity Interval Training classes that are perfect for anyone who is looking to start out. HITT classes will follow a similar program of the Cross-Training classes and will keep you improving on your functional fitness levels.

HIIT & KICK TRAINING

60 min. Tuesday, Thursday

This is a low impact up tempo class that will challenge you mentally and physically! A great cardiovascular workout using bags!

STRENGTH TRAINING

60 min. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

These classes will be geared more towards technique of olympic and power lifting to better gain strength and practice form when using barbells. Programs will be on a 4 week cycle allowing you to track your progress.

SPORTS STRENGTH &

SPEED TRAINING

60 min. Monday, Wednesday, Friday

This Strength and Conditioning class centered around explosiveness and strength of athletes and non athletes who wish to improve their fitness.
