This circuit-based training follows our three week cycle of Metcon, Gymnastics and Weightlifting. Catered more toward the core and lighter resistance training & conditioning, this will be an up tempo class sure to get your sweat pouring out!
STRENGTH TRAINING

CROSS-TRAINING
45 min. MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY

HIIT & KICK TRAINING
60 min. Tuesday, Thursday
This is a low impact up tempo class that will challenge you mentally and physically! A great cardiovascular workout using bags!

Specialized workouts and conditioning focused on enhancing student athletes in their power production, explosiveness and speed.
OPEN GYM
60 min. Saturdays
Beat the crowds and get your own workout in early! Saturdays morning are now open from 7:00 am- 8:30 for Open Gym Hours.
