Known for being a leading athletic training facility, Performance 22 is geared toward engaging and empowering athletes of all types.


Located in downtown Davis, P22 caters to various fitness needs, including youth sports, team training, group fitness, cross-trainers, as well as individual personal training.
 
With programs uniquely designed to support athletic play, body composition, or general fitness goals, P22 is a fitness facility for all. 

Mondays| 5:30am /6:15am/9:30am/ 6:00pm

Tuesdays | 5:30am /6:00am/5:30pm/ 6:00pm

Wednesdays| 5:30am /615am/9:30am/6:00pm

Thursdays |5:30am /6:00am/ 5:30pm/6:00pm

Fridays| 5:30am /6:15am/9:30am/ 5:30pm

Saturdays | 7:30am / 8:30am

P22 SUMMER FITNESS CHALLENGE

Starting  May 1st,  P22 will be brining back our annual summer fitness challenge. This is a great opportunity to reset your core foundations for a healthy life style, kickstart your way to that summer body, and a chance to push yourself to exceed your ultimate potential!
