This circuit-based training follows our three week cycle of Metcon, Gymnastics and Weightlifting. Catered more toward the core and lighter resistance training & conditioning, this will be an up tempo class sure to get your sweat pouring out!
HIIT & KICK TRAINING
60 min. Tuesday, Thursday
This is a low impact up tempo class that will challenge you mentally and physically! A great cardiovascular workout using bags!
