“Cross-Training”: All Cross-Training classes will now be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays  at the regular times. This will be circuit based training that will still follow our three week cycle of Metcon, Gymnastics and Weightlifting. These classes will cater more toward the core and lighter resistance training and conditioning. This will be an up tempo class sure to get your sweat pouring out! 

“Strength Training”: All Strength-Training classes will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. These classes will be geared more towards technique of olympic/power lifting to better gain strength and practice form when using barbells. Programs will be on a 4 week cycle allowing you to track your progress.

“HITT & KICK”: All HIIT and Kick classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursday nights at 7pm! This is a low impact up tempo class that will challenge you mentally and physically! A great cardiovascular workout using bags!

“HITT”: All HITT classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays following the Cross Training classes. These will be High Intensity Interval Training classes that are perfect for anyone who is looking to start out. HITT classes will follow a similar program of the Cross-Training classes and will keep you improving on your functional fitness levels. 

“KIDS Sports Speed and Strength 7-9th”: The Sports Speed and Agility class for young bucks will be moved to Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm. This will now allow for kids to come 3x a week and be home in time for dinner and homework! This class will focus on the fundamentals of footwork, core and body awareness with introductions to resistance training.

“KIDS Sports Speed and Strength 10-12th”: Sports Speed and Agility class for the high schoolers will begin at 3pm as most of the kids will be out of school at 2:30pm. This will continue to be a Strength and Conditioning class centered around explosiveness and strength of athletes and non athletes who wish to improve their fitness.

OPEN GYM“:  Open Gym hours are listed on the schedule below. These hours can either be used with the ALL ACCESS membership or by Drop in for a $10 rate. This is a great option to make up any work outs you may have missed or if you would like to do more!
